AS Consulting was founded with one clear intention: to help companies in Serbia and the region implement international standards in a way that truly works in everyday operations.
We specialize in food safety standards, quality management, environmental protection and occupational safety. We work with companies of all sizes - from small family businesses to large industrial systems.
About the founder
Aleksandra Stanisic, founder and lead consultant.
She is a graduate technology engineer from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy in Belgrade and a specialist in quality management and standardization from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade.
Before founding AS Consulting, she spent years in the food industry working as a production manager and quality control manager. She knows what it looks like when an inspection arrives unannounced, what it means when a certification body finds a nonconformity and how to prevent it.
Today, alongside consulting work, she actively works as an authorized auditor for several international certification bodies.
